Ok I left four stars.. That doesn't mean that are bad.. They are very nice bowls. The main problem with them, after removing the label in the bowls (4ct), there is what appears to be double sided tape. Which is a pain in the *** to remove. I went to wally world today,and purchased some 100% PURE ACETONE. Removes fake nails, etc. etc. etc. So it did the trick, the sticky double sided tape or whatever sticky crap that gets left behind when you remove the lady with her dog label in the bowl, is GONE. It's 100% stainless steel now.I've included some pictures. I purchased 4x 3 Cup Stainless Steel bowls. For the price, it's very hard to beat.

I bought a bunch of these for our cat this past winter, and I have not had any real concerns with them. As a matter of fact, they held up perfectly and are as good as new. These are not a heavy gauge or high-quality stainless steel, and they do not need to be. They need to hold food and water safely, last a long time, and they need to be easy to clean. These bowls fit the bill perfectly. Other reviewers mentioned that the sticker is hard to remove and I agree. Boiling water applied from a kettle a few times worked for me, but it required some elbow grease. On another bowl I tried soaking and scouring with BON AMI and it seemed to work too, but a little slowly. on the other bowls I used Goof-Off and it worked great. The price was the deciding factor for me, you get very good value for your money even if there is some inconvenience with the sticker,

I was searching for a long time for 5 bowls for camping that were light-weight, stack easily, clean easily, could take a beating, affordable, and not too big or small. Well after much investigation and searching this is what I came up with. If they get dropped they won't break, they stack very small, I paid only $15 for 5 bowls and they hold two cups of soup or cereal or whatever. They take up very little room in the camping dishes kit I put together and the weight is barely negligable. These are not too thin or thick and should hold up to many years of abuse. Plus they don't have any paw prints or other pet designs that would give away to other campers that you are technically eating out of a cat chow dish! Why pay more when you don't have to, right?!

The 3 cup didn't fit her dog food stand bowl holders, but they're nice enough to keep anyway.
Her metal bowl stand has 4 3/8" openings, and these 3 cup bowls are too big. Although the base of the 3 cup bowl is only about 4 1/8", it widens (in under 2.5") straight up to the 5.5" interior top.
The nearly flat 1/2" rim (surrounding the 5.5" bowl) is slightly rounded where it exits the bowl and at the outer 6.5" bowl edge, where it has a small rolled seam underneath. The lip has no rough seam; forming was accurate.
The metal seems sturdy.
The plastic bags these bowls come in smell of sweet chemicals, a bit like dryer sheets; I suggest promptly taking their bags outside. Plastic smells can mean benzene, formaldehyde...When one works hard to keep children healthy & not behaving like anxious barbarians, potential problem chemicals don't help; kids can be impacted by stuff we adults hardly notice.

I bought these for my two mixed corgis and it's great for the value! Not the best dog bowl you can buy by any means, but it will do the job. You could get something comparable at Walmart, but if you're an Amazon Prime member, then it's a no brainer (who wants to go to Walmart these days?). Yes, the sticker at the bottom is a pain to remove (they should put it at the bottom of the bowl instead of the inside), but that's the only negative thing I have to say about the bowl. They're sturdy and it's stainless steel.

A great entry bowl for anyone whose in need of a dog bowl for their pet!

I should have paid attention to how much this product weights. These bowls are made from very thin metal, so has barely any weight, and is easily nudged around by an 8 lbs puppy while they eat.

The adhesive used on the product label sticker leaves a difficult to remove residue inside the bowl, which I had to spend 30 minutes with soap and isopropyl alcohol to clean.

It is functional, just know its limitations and whether it will work for your application.

My pup likes to pick up her bowls and run around with them, which was driving me crazy because I was using a plastic double bowl so the water would spill everywhere. These new bowls are very light, so she's still able to pick them up but I just take away the food bowl when she's finished eating and keep the water bowl filled up so it hasn't been an issue.
