My son has autism and is a huge fan of our local recycling company. They are great with him and our local driver gave him one of their official safety shirts, which he loves. Unfortunately it was way too big for him, so I ordered him a smaller size from a safety company without the logo. I found the logo online as a jpg, deleted the white background in Photoshop, and saved it as a png file to keep the background clear. (The company doesn't sell logo'd merch and they were fine with me doing this, so no copyright issues here.) The biggest question I had when I ordered the transfer paper was if the backing was clear or white. It was CLEAR, so that opens the door for using lots of colors!I inserted the logo into a blank Word doc, did a horizontal flip to get a mirror image (important), printed it onto the transfer paper, then followed the instructions that came with it. Turns out I pressed the iron a little too hard for a little too long, so some of the shirt color bled through when you look at it closely. That's only an issue on textured fabric like the shirt in the pictures, but it wouldn't bleed through on typical T-shirt material. We've washed and dried it several times with no peeling. Bottom line is that my son is over the moon thanks to this product and wears the shirt religiously on recycling day. Great product!

Things to Look Out For:

Now, here's a couple of things to keep in mind before diving in. Don't forget to reverse the image if you need to before printing! I missed on that one and wasted two sheets by printing the image as is on my computer. When I ironed it on, the image ended up backwards - whoops. Also, I had to iron a lot longer than the instructions recommended, but maybe that's just my old iron.

Overall Recommendation:

Despite those minor hiccups, I'd recommend these Iron-On T-Shirt Transfer Papers. Once you get the hang of them, they're good for DIY projects like our Halloween costume. So, thumbs up from me.

Works OK, but durability depends on type of fabric. We used it on 3 pieces of clothes so far with different results: cotton t-shirt (started to peel off after the second laundry and several laundries after the picture is hardly visible), on a "model" fabric top (lasts 2 months with no problems whatsoever), on polyester (peels off heavily even before laundry). Maybe there were some differences during the process that I did not realize but they affected the results.
Anyway, kids adore the process and the clothes they get, but i would not have big expectations.

My only issue was that it is a bit stiff which I am sure will work its way out after a little time, and the lines were not as crisp as I would hope (two heads were next to one another and they seemed to blend a little). I would use this product again though just because my attempts with other products did not come out as good as they did with this one.

After using Amazon for many years, I decided to write my first review because I wish I had known that not all iron transfer papers are the same!

This worked ok for some fun project that my toddler wanted but I wouldn’t be able to gift something made with this paper. I transferred 4 pictures and all 4 had some sort of defect where bits of it didn’t transfer. After I transferred the images one of the ones I tried to fix came off on the silicone paper they included. There are a few steps to follow (flip the image, preheat the fabric, transfer image, and then fix), which I did the best I can but still didn’t have a single perfect transfer.

I previously used a different brand I found at Michael’s (I think it was Jolee’s) that worked perfectly each time without needing to flip the image or preheat fabric or fix the image. However, when I was working on this project my kids were sick so I wasn’t in the mood to drag them out to the store to buy the transfer paper and decided to order online. Now I know next time that it’s worth the trip.

I have used these before, but in the 10 pack, and because I use them frequently I up'd the package to a 20 pack. they arrived SUPER fast, the instructions are all laid out on the sheets provided. if you're new to them I would def say do a trial print in a smaller area. sometimes the quality is not as clear as you may think, but they do a good job, and haven't lifted of any clothing. these ones are SPECIFICALLY for light clothing, not blacks or navy or any dark colours

¿Fácil de usar? Bueno, hay que cogerle el truco. Para alguien que nunca ha utilizado nada parecido, puede no resultar fácil de buenas a primeras. Nosotros tuvimos algunos percances iniciales.
Es importante dejar la plancha el tiempo suficiente para que se desprenda totalmente del papel y se pegue. Si queda un poco pegado o no se ha desprendido del todo, puede quedar levantado. También tener mucho cuidado de que no se mueva ni un poco, porque sino también va a quedar a arrugado.

¿Qué pasa cuando se moja? Como se puede ver en la foto, el rosa se ha extendido un poco por la camiseta, eso es porque tenía el pelo mojado y se me mojo justo a allí. Al lavarla se nos esparció más el color. Al ser la camiseta blanca y un color tan chillón, pues se ve mucho.

Das Bedrucken mit meinem Drucker hat auf Anhieb wunderbar geklappt. Das Ausschneiden der Motive mit dem Plotter geht eher mäßig. Hier schreibt der Hersteller aber auch, dass das nicht kompatibel ist. Es gibt durchs Schneiden sehr raue Kanten, gerade in kurven und starken Radien.

Der Transfer mit der Heißpresse klappt super. Der Hersteller gibt auch hierfür eine detaillierte Anleitung für Temperatur und Zeit an. Bei hohem Anpressdruck sind die Motive sehr gut auf den Stoff übertragen worden.

Bisher habe ich die bedruckten Textilien noch nicht in der Waschmaschine gehabt. Das Waschverhalten werde ich dann zum späteren Zeitpunkt nachträglich bewerten.
