I bought these a while back and only started taking them regularly recently. My joints had been aching for the last 10 years when I did bench press and squats and also some other exercises until I warmed up. I took these for a month and then started bench pressing again and was surprised and noticed while doing the first set that I had no joint pain. I have lifted over the last few weeks and noticed that the pain has not returned and also that I have been sleeping better - I guess its the magnesium. I take two a day and so far this has been a great supplement. Not sure if everyone will have the same results but so far they worked for relieving aching joints for me.

Yep, research will first tell you that supplements are good, and then supplements are bad, they will make you live longer or they will kill you, so go figure, I reckon that anything in moderation isn't going to be too bad. I started taking these because, for working out, I wanted to add more Magnesium to my diet (which isn't always the best), and a friend turned me onto these. I can't, in all honesty, write a review saying that these have changed my life, and they are amazing, but my workouts are going well, I feel good, and I'm pretty sure that some of these minerals are things I probably wasn't getting enough of. You make your own decisions on these things, and I'm happy with mine.
