Beautiful item...Owl fell off, just like that. Did not drop phone or anything. Was perfect then All of sudden it's just ugly, big owl gen gone! If this is uncommon & will be replaced by seller, then 5**** would be ok

If you want a phone case that will last a long time this isn't the one. It's great for about a month then gems start falling off and i lost the middle gem of the owl but I was happy with it. Hope this helps!
