This phone case has definitely proven its worth! I bought it for a cruise my family took to Alaska this summer. It rained A LOT and this phone case protected my phone while still allowing me to take great photos. I haven't submerged my phone in water with this case, but I didn't think that test was necessary for me at this point.
I do not keep this case on my phone all the time because it is a little difficult to type and you have to have the charging port door open to be able to hear the speaker better, but those are minor things that don't affect my positive experience with this product.
I also took this phone case with me last weekend as I completed the Tough Mudder obstacle run. I was able to have my phone out and in the mud with me for awesome action shots. No moisture or mud got inside the case. My phone was completely protected.
This case seemed flimsy at first when I opened the package, and it was a little tight to get onto my phone, but it clicks in place around my phone, glass screen protector and all, for maximum protection. If anything happens to this case, I will definitely purchase this product again.

Good for what I need it for.
I purchased this case to protect my old iPhone 6S which is currently being used by my 6 year old. She plays educational games on it and is never unsupervised. Understandably, this case was not intended for the use of a child so stars are based on its use as an adult and the comments are both my review as an adult and parent.The case is nice and compact and doesn't add additional bulk to the phone. The wristlet helps so much when having to bring the phone around while carrying a toddler, groceries and the like. I thought it was pretty awesome that it came with extra parts - which are for the hinge cover to access the charge port. However, after opening the case on several occasions I realized why extra parts were provided. If you do not remember to open the hinge completely before opening the case, the hinge will pop off.The headphone port is a screw plug, so it's quite cumbersome to open and close if you are an avid headphone user. Luckily, we never actually had to use it just yet.I appreciate the maluable plastic cover over the home button so that fingerprint recognition works easily, however if aren't careful, a whole can easily puncture this plastic cover rendering the water resistance useless.My daughter has dropped the phone on several occasions from standing height, less than 3 feet, and the phone and case survived. The case is great at protecting the phone from peanut butter and jelly sticky fingers, cookie crumbs and spilled milk.Because of it's all around protectiveness, sounds emitted from the phone through the case does sound like it's muffled but that's expected - you can still hear what Elmo says the letter of the day is, so cant complain.The reason for the missing star is that when I received my case, there should have been a thin plastic film over the speaker opening. This was completely ripped (right out of the box). I was inspecting the case before placing the phone it when I noticed it. Rather than go through the hassle of returning the case, I simply used a toothpick with hot glue on it to seal the opening. My daughter has no reason to take this into the pool so it wasn't a big deal rather than an annoyance. Let's just hope she doesn't drop this in the toilet anytime soon.
