This is the 3rd year I am using this planner because it is sturdy and has places for addresses and phone contacts of frequently used suppliers. There is a page for each month for quick notations like "9:00am Bank" followed by daily pages where more detail can be added. For this example, I would have added the name, address and phone number making it easy to confirm or cancel the appointment and find the bank on the day of the appointment. There is room for other notes like the person you are meeting with and any items that need to be brought to the appointment.

I love this little agenda, the little pocket in the front is perfect for putting pictures of family and friends. I like how the monthly calendar is lined so it's easier to stay neat. It's very convenint to be able to see the past and next months calendars on the same page so you don't have to flip over to the other months. The only downside is that the map and Holiday list is American, and I am living in Canada. :(
