I ordered the size 8 from on January 15 and received on January 23. It is just lovely! It was easy to put together, however, it did not come with instructions, so I found them online. It took me a minute to figure out how to use the collapsible shoulders; you simply push them in and they click in place, then push on them again, and go back out. The fabric is clean and tight, the raised side seams are very nice. The base is silver, and a fairly good weight, as is the skirt cage. I am 5’4” and that is the “shortest” you can make the form.
