Durable and Versatile
I used these gloves while smoking a brisket, and overall I am impressed. They are durable in heat which I used them to shift pieces of hot charcoal and wood in my smoker. Compared to other BBQ gloves I’ve used, these are the real deal when it comes to protecting your hands and not feeling heat. They are a challenge, however, when it comes to flexibility in moving your hands and fingers in them. So, this created a little difficulty in handling my brisket to transfer it from the grill to a food tray. The gloves are easy to clean and can be worn while doing so. I considered this to be extremely helpful and versatile in switching between BBQ fire and food duties. When I use them to handle large meats on the grill, I just wash, rinse, and sanitize the gloves in the sink while wearing them. Easy day! Be sure to read and follow the user manual thoroughly before using these gloves. It will save you from any issues regarding temperature tolerances, smell, and cleaning. Cheers!
