I often get told I look 25 and I'm almost 40. I have been taking these along with Resveratrol and hyaluronic acid ( pill form ) for almost 10 years and have not aged at all. Drink lots of water, water in the morning will make your skin look 10x better, like a lot of water in the morning, first thing when you wake up. Ice roller as well for bags under your eyes. But that's all secondary, most important is SLEEP, DIET and exercise.

Superior source of Phytoceramides: from sweet potatoes (Ipomoea Batatas).

I became aware of phytoceramides last year (2017). I purchased NusaPure's phyto because of their source of phytoceramides; "Phytoceramides from sweet potatoes (Ipomoea Batatas)".
Sweet potatoes (according to my google research) are a superior form of phytoceramides. It's the ideal source for phyto. Compare it to other brands sold here, and you will find the generic run of the mill standardly used source/ingredient which is subpar to this brand's.

It's hard to say if this supplement is actually working or perhaps better attention to health and diet have played a role in my overall skin health.
I drink 10-12 glasses of water per day. I use sunblock, and also supplement my diet with Omega oil and Flaxseed oil (MCT) capsules. Along with Astaxanthin- which I know has also contributed to my results.
Again I am leaving an honest review.

In summary, I like their source of phytoceramides, But Astaxanthin along with other supplements may be assisting the targeted results.
Hard to say if it's working on it's own but their money back guarantee is worth a shot at this brand; They stand behind their products and ingredients.

I've had no negative side effects, nor can I find any negative side effects, of phytoceramide supplements, reported on the web. I believe it's much cheaper, safer and less invasive than alternative procedures. This one is sweet potato and rice derived. Gluten free and supposedly rice derived is more effective than wheat derived. Who knows how phytoceramides are extracted from sweet potatoes or rice (or wheat)? Anyway, I'll continue to take these; worth a try for more beautiful skin ;)
