I got this drill for quite a bit less than buying it from a box retailer. It comes without a Milwaukee box, when the pieces individually wrapped in bubble wrap folders. It does not appear to be a refurb, so my guess is that the seller buys kits and parts them out. That fine with me, I have a ton of batteries and all the other Milwaukee toys I need, so saving $$$ was the goal. I would but from them again for that reason.
