Customers are dissatisfied with the fit of the incontinence protector. They mention that the sizing seems off, the padded area is smaller than expected, and the product is too fragile to really get a snug fit. They are susceptible to tearing easily when positioning, so use care when changing, so handle with care. Also, sometimes the tape fastenings fail to separate from the tape backing properly, but that is easily removed/fixed if you are aware of the issue.
I do not, however, recommend using the Amazon subscription for this product. I bought a case of the Medline Extended Wear Overnight Adult Briefs with Tabs, Maximum Absorbency Adult Diapers, Medium (60 Count) on March 2, 2022 for $65.80, not including S&H. Today, I checked the subscription, before I could be charged at the end of the month and the price has been hiked up to $140.99. This is more than double the price I paid at the beginning of this March. I suspect the seller has changed, and imo, this is obvious price gouging.
I was able to resolve this completely unreasonable price hike/gouging by buying by bag instead of case. So please, be cautious if you should choose to subscribe using Amazon's seller subscription services for this product.
The only things I think may be a concern are:
They have a lower rise than comparable sized diapers.
They’re definitely thicker (my child is non-ambulatory so not a big deal).
The tabs are not great, pull them gently. I hope they improve them in the near future. We’ve had to MacGuyver a few that tore right off and/or didn’t stick. Nurses blew through a lot in the hospital because they’re so fragile (NOT the nurses fault), which is wasteful and annoying since they’re definitely a lot pricier than other diapers. Tabs were the only reason we’ve had tiny leaks since purchasing these diapers.
