This regulator works okay on my Satajet 5000, but the problem is the inlet is substantially smaller than the inlet on my actual Sata air regulator which I didn't realize until spraying with it was a noticable difference even with a high flow air fitting. Seemed like the gun was getting choked down a bit. Spraying Spies Hecker waterborne paint just fyi.With that being said, it'll still do the job, but you'll have to spray a bit slower for full coverage, and for the price being a fraction of what a real Sata air regulator costs, it's not bad if you're a hobbyist spraying small jobs.

This valve is awesome! I bought it because I read in the reviews that the lense on the guage is glass and not plastic. The plastic lenses get hazy if you get solvents on them. Big plus that it has a glass lense. I was surprised in the quality of the valve. It's really smooth and accurate when you adjust it. Turn it to the pressure you want and it stays there, no fluctuation. My Devilbiss valve has a glass lense but the adjustment is not great. If you set it and let go of the trigger and depress it again, it doesn't return to your setting. So you have to adjust again to get it right. Not the Lematec. Just set it and forget it. It's made in Taiwan and I've noticed that tools made in Taiwan are usually of better quality than some from China. I like the blue anodizing. Nice tool👍

I returned it and got a new one, same issue, regulator dial not working and not accurate whatsoever displaying psi well over 50 at a displayed 15-20psi. If you get a good one its great, seems like a specific lot/batch is defective

I used this for my spray paint gun for automotive work. I followed the instructions and set the pressure with flow on the gun. When you are not using air, it shows the hose pressure. When you squeeze the trigger on the gun you get a burst of higher pressure air, but that is normal, spray paint guns have dule stage trigger just for this reason. You just leave the gun trigger at air output and only go between paint out put and not.

Worked just fine and no air leakage around the regulator knob.

I bought this for my homemade sprinkler system purge setup. I wanted to be able to clear my lines using my air compressor without fear of putting too much pressure in a closed line/zone and pop the pipe.

This gives me a visual and I can ensure I keep the psi at about 40 max to avoid pipes from popping.

These little contraptions are compact and rasy to read. I would have preferred a 60psi max gauge, but no problem with it as is.

Have only just got it so hoping it lasts as good as it looks, time will tell but I'm very happy with paying a little extra for this one so far.

I liked the first one so much that I bought a second one for another gun. They have a glass viewer that doesn't fog up the minute that lacquer thinners hit it unlike the plastic ones. They also seem to be solidly built and are very compact.
