This Sony Mobile Projector is a super-compact and useful way to share your screen on the go. It's well packaged and easy to setup and use. The projector comes with a leather-like case for storage which travels easily in a backpack, briefcase or large pocket in a jacket.➤ What I like about this product:1. It fits in the palm of my hand. It's basically like carrying a large smartphone.2. The build quality is top notch! The projector is in a metal housing and there's no "plastic, cheap feel" to it.3. Connect it, turn it on and use the slider to focus it. That's basically all you need to do to use this projector.4. You can piggyback a portable power bank to the projector to extend its battery life while using it. This also allows for fast charging of the existing battery within the projector.5. There is a 3.5mm port for connecting an audio source like headphones or an external speaker.6. There's a spot on the bottom of the projector to connect a tripod stand (not included).7. While there's a small fan on the bottom of the projector, there is very little noise that comes from it during operation.8. HDMI - MHL connectivity provides connectivity for most laptops, smartphones, and gaming systems to this projector.9. Very quick to boot up and be ready to use. 5 seconds or less!10. Projector has the ability to project a distance as short as just under 4' to as much as just under 12'.11. The projector weighs just 9.9 ounces.12. The projector automatically adjusts its lens angle to project 'up' when on a table top, so there's no need to prop it to get the viewing angle just right.13. The auto-keystone correction means that even if you have the projector setup on an angle, it corrects for this and the image looks as it should to those viewing the projected content.14. The aluminum body of the projector looks good and feels durable.15. The dynamic mode works well to provide bright colors whether viewing video or stills.16 You CAN use something like a Google Chrome dongle to wirelessly cast content from Netflix and other streaming services to the projector via the HDMI connection.17.---------------➤ A few issues I have with this product...1. The cables that come with it include an HDMI, USB - C, and micro USB to USB - C cables. I would LOVE to have had a lightning connector for iOS devices and a wireless dongle packaged with this projector, but apparently, they are sold separately. An audio cable (3.5mm) would have also been nice.2. No wireless capabilities as packaged. All connections to the projector must be made with cables.3. Up to 2-hour battery life (5,000mAh battery) on one charge of the projector is good, but not great. Connecting a power bank (battery backup) to the projector for fast charging is possible though, so this time can be easily extended as needed as long as you have a battery backup available.4. The included directions are good, but I would love to see them in a booklet form versus a large, thin piece of paper.5. Lack of high definition capabilities and the maximum projection distance being less than 12' are the primary reasons for this, in addition to the 'under 2-hour' battery life. But even as I write this, I can think of how much fun families could have with this projector on a camping trip with just a little bit of battery back-up for movie night.I was disappointed that Sony did not include the wireless dongle or the connector for iOS devices. It seems like at a minimum the wireless dongle should have been included as so much connectivity is done wirelessly now.Overall, I really like this product and would recommend it to others. Yes, there are a few issues that I found I wasn't 100% happy with, but all can be overcome and don't squash what is otherwise a well designed, sturdy, functional mini-projector.-----------------------------------------------🎥 NOTE: Included photos.
