The small bar that pushes up against the desk is too week and the small, or rather tiny, rubber pads on the bottom side of the top most part of this are not adequate to keeping this from moving at the slightest touch. I clean my brand new desk, made sure the rubber feet were clean. Checked that there was nothing in the way and still one small touch to this (turn on or off power, plug in or remove a USB cord) and this whole thing moves side to side on the desk. Forget about plugging in or unplugging an A/C power cord with one hand, that does not happen. Any movement of these power cords and this device starts to do the truffle shuffle, just side to side.
So as you can see from my picture, I decided to try this option out. I use some HVAC strapping to hold the back of this to my desk. While yes, this means holes into my new desk, it does mean that this is now solid in place. I do not have to use two hands to plug or unplug anything now. Perhaps this is not the most attractive way of doing this, maybe a 3D printed strap would look nice, but I do not have one at this time. I tried to find some other metal strapping, and nothing was flexible enough to fit to this size.
I was contacted by the seller to see how I liked this. I replied to them telling this of this and they either did not get the email or ignored it. I got another email soliciting me to leave feedback or contact them. Since the first time failed, I am leaving this review here.
This design is an OK start, but needs some improvements. The A/C outlets too close together to allow more than a normal plug. Anything like a DC converter (think of your cell phone charger) takes up two or more outlets. If I need to use all six with something like a DC converter, I will need to use a short extension cable. Also, the power button on this is a little strange, it is very slim and streamlined, but it is so flat I almost was not sure which side was on or off. This is not a bad design as it is flat to the point that if something was sat on top, the switch would not be affected.
I have yet to try out the USB C on this, but the USB A female ports worked fine to charge my mouse. I have not tried my cell or tablet yet.
I really wanted this to be the perfect solution for my desk and was excited to get it. How often can you say that you are excited for a power outlet? The movement without my strap is why I left off 1 star, and 1 start for their support not getting back to me was the other star removal.
UPDATE: The seller reached out to me and made me an offer to make this right. I appreciate their efforts to work with buyers. I am bumping up 1 star for this outreach effort!

I have this attached to my Fully Jarvis sit/stand bamboo desk, and it looks great, and tucks discreetly behind my 31" LED display, yet remains accessible. It appears to be high quality and fits snugly enough to accomodate the drag weight of 5 different AC power lines plugged into it. (Audio DSP, USB Hub, 2nd Monitor, external SSD, etc.).
The USB-C power outlet on top will be perfect for the new Mac book Pro and iPhone X I'm about to get. Because it is a sit/stand desk, it allows the cords to travel with the desktop rather than being dragged up and down.
The 90° master power cord swivel is also a nice design feature with the sit/stand variability.
The fact that the DeskClamp is so easily adjustable on the desktop is also a plus as I tweak the layout of the gear both on top and below the desk surface. The master power switch with indicator light on top is also well thought-out. Overall I'm quite pleased with the form-meets-function design.
Time will tell regarding durability, I'll report back on how this device fares through and after the warranty period.
