Cracked. (Update): seller replaced.
Update 5/17/23: Seller reached out to me and replaced the case. I was surprised that they emailed me and offered a full refund. I requested a replacement instead and it just arrived today. I am happy the seller actually take the time to check and read the reviews. As I said in my original review, I like this case best because I feel the snap button is extra security keeping my credit cards in the sleeve pocket. I had never worry about a card falling out and for the last 4+ years, this was a great accessory to my phone. I hope TOOVREN makes the same case for whatever my next new phone will be.(Original review on 5/9/23): I purchased this phone case back in 2018 for my iPhone XS. It was great, I loved the card pocket as well as the kickstand/hand grip. I especially like how the snap button securely keeps my cards in the pocket. Two months ago I noticed the stitching was coming apart after 4+ years of wear and tear. I decided to order another one because of how much I liked it. Well, not even two months later, the case cracked in multiple spots and I did not drop the phone. While it is still usable, I am not happy with the quality. I am very disappointed.
