I am very happy with this product. There is still sturdiness in these utensils but the spatulas come in both the hard variety for flipping meats and scraping pans, while the soft ones are great for getting every last drop from a mixing bowl. Even though the study ones are hard, they do not scratch your pans.
It is a great kitchen ensemble. Most of all your needs are addressed there, and the wisks are great. You should never use a wire whisk if you have the sauce in a metal bowl. Small flecks of metal will end up in your food. Those metals are toxic. So, the wisks avoid toxin exposure.

This is a great set. My husband bought me some very nice pots & pans for Christmas ( I requested them ) and I didn’t want to damage them with my metal utensils so I purchased this set. I’m very pleased with them. I’ve kept a few of my older pieces but I have cast iron still.

I wanted to use this set for a while before leaving a review. I must say, I am very happy with my purchase. I searched Amazon for silicone cooking utensils thoroughly before deciding on this set. This is a sturdy set of utensils. Not hollow and flimsy. This handle isn't going to fold and bend on you. One of my spoons got left in spaghetti sauce overnight, and it didn't stain! Awesome! My teenagers do not use special care when using these and they are holding up very nicely despite the fact. I hang the ones we use the most and the holder keeps the rest. To keep the tongs closed, pull up on the round hanger and they stay closed. Yes, the end of the spatula used for cake batter, etc. does come off for easy cleaning. It's supposed to come off for cleaning purposes, it's not broken. These maybe a little expensive, but you get your monies worth. Sometimes you have to pay a little more to get good quality. This is that set! Very happy.
