This appointment book schedules in 15 minute increments. A relatively rare feature.The quality and durability are top of the line. I've been using these maybe 20 years and never had a single loose page, marred cover or binder failure. (Except the one my doberman ate during separation anxiety.) So none of these are cheap by my old standards but you get what you pay for. Excellent product.

This is the 21st one I have bought.
I love the week at a glance layout.
I love that there are no tabs (one year I bought one w tabs by accident and it made it hard to count weeks to the next appointment with a person.)
Last year they added a clear plastic pocket at the back. This is wonderful. I put trip itineraries and such in it. Before I had to staple them to the last page.
I like to rotate between black, maroon and blue, to help me keep this year's and next year's straight in the changeover of the year, but I know people who want black every year. Lots of choice there.
When you reorder, use the item number on the first page to guide you, so you don't end up with the wrong one. (the first five digits bring you to the right style, the last two are color of jacket.)

Every year, I order an At-A-Glance weekly calendar. I use them not only for my appointments, but as a way to list the tasks I want to accomplish on a given day. When accomplished, I check it off. So, it's a bit of a 'journal' since it records my daily actions. I love the format as I can see the entire week 'at-a-glance.' I like the size because I can also keep full size papers in it (either as reminders or mementos). Occasionally, I've tried less expensive versions of this kind of calendar, but they are never quite as satisfactory as the At-A-Glance ones.
