Undecided. Programming was difficult to understand. Once done, uunable to know how or if auto function is working because it doesnt appear to be doing ananything on the dog. Remote spray function works and seems to be affective but have to be pretty close range and facing front of dog. Odd sized little battery went dead quickly.

Absolutely love it. Works as described. I have 3 dogs that bark at all the neighborhood dogs. I was using shock collars which I hated but didn't know what else to do. The shock collar worked on my one dog (all I have to do now is beep her and she's quiet) but the other two just wouldn't learn and would stop and then start up again forcing me to keep shocking. I ended up not using the collars anymore because they weren't effective and I didn't want to keep hurting my dogs.

Then, I found this. It has auto and manual mode which I ABSOLUTELY LOVE. I am able to give my dog a warning beep before spray and I don't have to worry about it accidentally going off. Although, it works very well in auto mode if you prefer. The collar has TWO beep tones AND TWO spray modes. I usually beep them and if that doesn't quiet them then I only have to do light spray and they shut up. Also, one remote works for both collars, one is red light, the other green. These have been a life saver. I haven't had any problems with programming or using them. Fyi, when using manual mode, if it's been in standby for a while, you have to press the beep button a couple of times to "wake" it. I usually also just beep my dogs before they go out to make sure I'm all set and bonus, let's them know, it's on. Rechargeable battery lasts a long time, at least a few days, I usually go a week. The remote battery lasts at least 6 months for me and I use on 2 dogs.

Great price, great product, you won't regret it! No, I haven't been paid or rewarded in any way for this review. Just a dog mom who is so happy found something that works without inflicting pain.

When I got this, I charged the collar until the green light turned on as instructed. Following the instructions and trying to turn the collar on, nothing happened. The collar wouldn't turn on at all. The remote would only turn on if I held the battery cover tight to the remote. The connection wouldn't happen unless I did. The battery cover didn't hold the batteries in place on their own.

Very disappointed in this product. I returned it immediately and purchased another brand. On top of it, the seller doesn't offer Prime shipping so I waited almost 2 weeks to receive this after I ordered! Waited all that time and received a product that didn't work.

This collar has the ability to adjust size which is important when you have a large dog. I also like the fact that it is a quick way to redirect your dogs attention. The fact that it is a natural, harmless way( if used right) just tops my list. Thanks, Megan

This product is frustrating When it arrived there was no spray in the box so I ordered a can. Now that I have the spray I can turn it on lights flash however that is all it does. Don't waste your time or money on this collar.
