    Koss branded headset with proper 4-pin XLR for our church video production. Works perfectly. Headset is plenty loud enough over singing and mic is hot 'n clear.!. I have Koss headsets in my home VO studio that date back to the late 70's and I expect this unit to last just as long (I take care of my equipment and this is a personal device that will not be used by the entire volunteer crew).     Im using a Clear-Com rs-702 and I noticed it works better on one channel better than the other. But there is also a termination issue woth the pack so unsure if that's the issue. (I'm lighting not audio so I don't really know)

    This pair of headphones was a nice cheap substitute for the original clearcom headsets. I could hear my Stage Manager clearly and she could hear me. I think the microphone might be a bit hot though since when I tried to plug into the portable beltpack, I got significant feedback.
