I keep ordering these every week because it’s hard to find a chip that’s corn free. I have to find ways to keep my blood sugar balanced and it’s not just steering clear of sugar and carbs but also where those carbs/sugar comes from and I’ve found this combination of cauliflower and cassava flour is a really good combo that doesn’t spike the blood sugar as bad as a rice chip for example would. The nacho flavor is the best one, without the seasoning these would be extremely bland, go for nacho every time. Also it’s dairy free so it’s a total win win.
I have to address a couple elephants in the room.
Yes the bags are too big for what’s inside. But hear me out. These chips are extremely addictive. You can eat an entire bag in one sitting and trust me you don’t want to keep eating past that otherwise your gonna have some problems with overindulgence.
I want to address someone who wrote an extremely ignorant review and I’m gonna quote them as saying
“there's more sunflower oil in this than cauliflower”
I have to realize people have no concept of how products are made, they read ingredient labels and think if one of the first ingredients is on the product list that means it’s the highest concentration... really have no idea how tortilla chips are made, they get cooked in oil!!! So no there’s not more oil than there is cassava flour otherwise unless the chips were oily they would have an argument.
Bottom line I keep ordering these chips because they don’t make me feel as bad as other chips out there like the lundberg rice chips (which are also delicious) but they use a lot of white rice and that doesn’t play nicely with someone who’s blood sugar can easily spike. And these chips have a more mellow effect on that I’ve found. Of course with anything moderation is key but you can eat way more of these than some other chips and not get the same effect.
Forgot to add, you get the dorito effect where you get the good yummy dust stuck to your fingers and you lick them off and the spices they use for the nacho flavor is great.
I’ve tried the nacho flavored crackers, they taste nothing like this, in fact they were gross. I also tried the cinnamon straw things and those tasted like a slightly healthier version of the cinnamon twists at Taco Bell. But for someone like me it’s best I don’t order those again, again extremely addictive and I gotta keep clear of sugar.

OMG so good
The flavor of this chip is unreal just the right amount of flavor not over bearing. I buy this all the time and one bag will give me at least 3 servings.
