Great product. FAR is a little slow warming up but puts out a lot of heat for the amount of electricity used. The unit warms our shower area making it so comfortable and the remote makes it so convenient.It efficiently heats what it shines on rather than heating air and blowing it at you. It is especially good in an enclosed area like our bath area.

First, this is the best looking electric heater I've seen. Easy to install. Now the big but. It does not generate any heat. It was on an outside covered porch. I tried all the heat settings, didn't matter. I put my hand within 6 inches of it. I would get more heat from a match!. I could touch the front of the unit without getting any burn.

Don't waste your time.

Fit and finish are great, mounted on wall above workbench, aimed at 45° angle down per instructions. Supposed to have heater 2.2m away from area to be heated per instructions, even 1m away on P3 (I assume this is high, paperwork doesn't say), heat can barely be felt. Advertised as instant heat, takes 5-7 minutes for heat to be felt, even to do that you have to hold your hand about 6 inches away from unit. Let unit run on P3 setting for 3 hours, no improvement felt, no warmth felt, no measurable increase in temperature of workbench or surrounding objects.

On the plus side, the 6' cord is very nice, no problem reaching the GFCI intended for the unit.
Install was more or less easy, just mount the baseplates, fasten the adjustment plates to the unit, mate adjustment plates to baseplates on wall, plug it in, flip the switch, and viola!

I agree with those who installed this unit and were so very disappointed, mine produced so very little heat that i could feel unless i was right up against it.
I did contact - phoned - talked the seller who offered a small discount to keep it, offered 50% to keep it,then offered 100% refund to keep it even though i explained, why would to keep a product if it doesn't work? the catch was i give a positive review .My feeling is the seller knows this product has issues, yet continues to sell it, for those that it worked well, i say great for you, sadly i see a common denominate for those whom it didn't work as in my case a pretty much zilch.
This is the best i can offer for my positive review , hopefully my CC will be issued credit as promised.

Don't waste your time or money, it doesn't work unless you're 3 ft away from it. I have no idea what the purpose of this thing is, it certainly not a heater. Maybe you're supposed to cook eggs on it or something. I bought two of them and put them side by side and that full power it does nothing to warm my patio Even slightly.
