The best progesterone I’ve ever used
I gave this five stars. I went to a cheaper product that was like $19 and noticed that my memory was getting bad again and my sister told me she’s a lot older than me that I’m low in progesterone. that’s when it hit me that that cheaper progesterone was not working as well as the more expensive. So I went back to this progesterone I give it 100% better than any other products I’ve used. i’ll know that progesterone helps with your memory, but it does I mean I was bad off so i recommend this for hot flashes but also for people that have senior citizen moment that means you need your progesterone.

I've only used it for a week so far, but it seems to be working great. It absorbs very quickly, not sticky, non staining, no scent. My mood seems a bit more upbeat, considering I've only used it a week I take that as a positive sign and hope with continued use my mood swings become less and less! I've tried one other brand for a few months and had zero improvement so that's why I tried this one. And the ingredients seem to be much more natural as well! My ONLY complaint this far is it does take a few pumps to get the cream to come out consistently when it's a brand new bottle. So those first few days it probably wasn't the correct dosage, but that does get more consistent once you get past first few pumps. I'd definitely buy this again.
*Update-Ive used it long enough to make it through my cycle and it truly makes a difference. My mood swings are more stable.

I'm bummed because I was looking forward to trying this since the other reviews said it worked well for symptoms. Amazon did a one-time refund which was very nice of them-but I had to call and ask as I never do returns.

Overall I would say this cream is helpful. I use a progesterone cream called eve's generational formula along with this cream. I couldn't find any clear instructions and if you use progesterone, you probably know it needs to be rotated to different areas on the skin. I assume estrogen is the same way, but I have no information to support that. I rotate my progesterone from back of knee, inside of thigh, pelvis, forearm, breast, neck, and face. I use it once in the morning and once at night. The estrogen I use similarly, except the opposite of where I put the progesterone cream. For example, I put progesterone on right back of knee and estrogen on left back of knee in the morning. Then at night I rotate to the inside thigh-progesterone on right inside thigh, estrogen on left inside thigh. Once I get to the pelvis, I put progesterone on pelvis and estrogen on neck and then continue to the other places on the body I mentioned. I won't say this is a miracle cure, but it does help. I have pms and perimenopause and my hormones are always all over the place. I have trouble with sleeping, muscle cramps, moodiness, food cravings, hot flashes, and bacterial vaginosis. I had alot of trouble adjusting to the progesterone so I already knew I needed to start slow with the cream. I started with once a day and when it made me feel bad, I would skip a dose and try again the next day. I had some nausea and headaches but it did pass and I started to feel better. Now I would say my menopause and pms symptoms are 5 percent better but I don't believe anything is perfect. Definitely glad to find something that helps, even if it's just a little
